PopUp New York is creating a new wave of street experiences.
We collaborate with up-and-coming food purveyors, designers, and musicians.
We are curating one-of-a-kind destination events in the city's trendiest neighborhoods.
Each themed PopUp consists of an ever-changing lineup of local entrepreneurs.
PopUp New York gives back to the community by partnering with local non-profit organizations.
What We’re Looking For
PopUp New York is a highly-curated, experiential event company.
We are looking for exhibitors who have an attention-grabbing, curated appearance, and great booth presentation.
We welcome any cuisine, artisans, crafters, or baked goods creator that excels in areas of:
brand concept
clarity of what is being sold
creativity
product quality & originality
organization of booth & product display
Signage, banners, branding
Pictures of full booth/table setup is required to be sent with every completed applicant submission.
Those without pictures will NOT be considered.
If you have not participated in any one-day markets, you will be asked to send mock-setup pictures of what your full setup will look like at our events.
If you have a truck or setup larger than 10 feet by 10 feet, please indicate the footage you require.

It all begins with our online application!
Please fill out the below application entirely and attach social media links of your product and/or service, along with a link to visuals of your outdoor setup.
Each space is 10 feet by 10 feet, and we require either a branded tent or a white tent, with brand-appropriate features (signage, banners etc.).
All applications to PopUp New York Events are reviewed by committee, which judge on quality and originality of the product, brand concept, creativity and organization of display.
We may request an in-office visit for a presentation or a tasting.
